Motion to approve with the condition to slide the parking to the east so that the western edge of the parking is aligned with the facade of the LaSalle, narrow the drive aprons to 20', make the access one-way in and one-way out, landscaping to acheive the opacity requirements as set by the City code. The Northeast Design Review Committee is supported of the required variances for the second drive apron. |
